kesar rice kheer by

Ingredients

250 gm rice
1 kg milk
little kesar
1 middle sized bowl sugar(as per taste)
little bit of ghee
1/4 can milkmade
green carrdmon (as per taste)

Instructions

boil milk and rice together...put on midume flame.cover it with lid and let it cook for 15 mints.let it cool and den grind it for atleast once.pour little bit of ghee in the pan and the mixture and cook it for 5mints.pour 1 kg of milk..and cook well till the quantity reaches to half.put grind carddmon and 3-4 leaves of kesar and again cook it for 5mints.
the dish is ready..serve along with dry fruits.
