It will keep in refrigerator 1 week.

1 large ripe hass avocado, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or basil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
dash cayenne or ground black pepper
1-2 Tbls. olive oil (optional)

Puree all ingredients together with a blender or handblender. Add water if it is too thick. Let sit for several minutes.
