Biscuits by

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1.5 TBL baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 TBL date sugar
1 can coconut milk

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together. Then, mix in the can of coconut milk with a fork. Add a small amount of flour in a separate bowl. Scoop biscuit batter into the bowl with flour and use your hands to cover with flour. Then, scoop out and gently remove loose flour. Add each biscuit to a round metal pan. Repeat till all the biscuit batter is used. Bake at 450 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown on top. ENJOY!
