Easy Waffles by

Modified from Klunkers Kitchen


Combine & Set Aside for 5 minutes:
3 Tbl ground flax seeds
9 Tbl water

Combine & Set Aside:
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

3 cups water
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbl date paste


In a mixing bowl combine the wet ingredients then add in the dry ingredients and whisk or blend until it forms a nice smooth batter.

Let the batter sit for 10 minutes. Then pour onto hot waffle iron.
