I've heard people serve this warm, which would be delicious. Also, I've packed this mixture into the middle of homemade hamburger patties - which rocks.

1 can Chicken Breast
1 package cream cheese
Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce; to taste
Prepared Ranch Dressing (not dry); to taste
Diced Celery; to taste

1 can Chicken Breast 1 package cream cheese

Mix all of the above and serve with tortilla chips or celery.
