3 ou. Cream Cheese-room temp
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup mayo
2-3 tbls. diced Pimentos
1 tsp. Grated onion
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Options: bacon and jalapeņos

3 ou. Cream Cheese-room temp 2 cup s Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup mayo 2 -3 tbls. diced Pimentos 1 tsp Grated onion 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add rest of ingredients (minus cheddar). Blend well. Stir in cheese. Add bacon and/or jalapeņos if you like.
