Ingredients
2 lbs mixed apples, including Granny Smiths, Galas, Jonquil Golds, peeled and cut in chunks
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoons Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions
Combine all ingrediants in a medium pot. Cook over medium heat until apples soften into a sauce, about 30 to 40 minutes
