500g Beef mince
500g sausagemeat
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 carrot, grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
black pepper
1/4 C tomato sauce
1/2 C sweet fruit chutney/relish

Combine in large bowl the mince, sausagemeat, onion, mustard, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper and carrot. Mix with wet hands.

Line a loaf tin with tinfoil. Press the mixture into the tin and brush over the chutney/relish mixed with the tomato sauce. Cover with tinfoil.

Heat oven 190C. Bake 30mins then remove tin foil cover and bake another 15-20mins or until cooked through.
