CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BLISS BALLS by

Ingredients

2 Cups Medjool Dates
• 1 Cup Almond Meal
• 1 Cup Walnuts
4 Tablespoons LifeFoods Organic Coconut Oil
8 Scoops LifeFoods Vanilla Whey Protein
2 Tablespoons LifeFoods Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
¼ Cup LifeFoods Chia Seeds
½ Cup LifeFoods Goji Berries
½ Cup LifeFoods Cacao Nibs
Water to blend. I use about ¼ cup but add slowly to see how it is binding.
5 Tablespoons Organic Dessicated Coconut to roll the protein balls in.

Instructions

Place Dates, Almond Meal, Walnuts in Kitchen Whiz and blitz up until it is blended up into a breadcrumb consistency. Add all oil and Blitz for 1 min. Add all other ingredients except coconut. Blitz up until it is all stuck together. It should be a little sticky to touch like cookie dough.

Roll into balls, coat in coconut and refrigerate.
