Steak Marinate by

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Accent Meat Tenderizer
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon wet mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use Accent Meat Tenderizer on the meat that you want to serve. We usually use steak or beef chuck roasts. Put meat in marinate container and pour marinate over the meat. Refrigerate overnight. Turn container over every three hours.
