Spinach Burgers by

Ingredients
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
1 can (15 oz) black beans
1/4 c. olive oil
garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dill
1 c. herb stuffing mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. feta cheese
2 bell peppers, diced

Instructions
In small frying pan, fry chopped bell peppers, about 3-4 minutes.
Mix oil, garlic, oregano, dill, and stuffing mix in a medium bowl.
Add eggs, spinach, cheese, and beans.
Add bell peppers into spinach mixture.
Form into patties and fry until crisp and brown on the outside.
