Corn Casserole by

Ingredients

1 (15.25 ounce can) drained whole kernel corn
1 (14.75 ounce can) cream-style corn
1 (8 ounce package) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.

In a large bowl, stir together the cans of corn, muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Pour into prepared casserole dish.

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and top with cheese.

Return to oven for 5 - 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Let stand for 5 minute and then serve warm.
