Fresh Apple Cake by


3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups corn oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups chopped cooking apples
3/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated canned milk
1 teaspoon vanilla


Mix together in a bowl eggs, sugar, corn oil and vanilla.

Mix together the dry ingredients - flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture slowly.

Fold in the apples and pecans. Pour in greased, floured bundt pan. Bake 325 - 350 for 55 minutes.

Topping glaze - mix in 1 quart pot - brown sugar, butter, canned milk and vanilla. Cook over low heat until boils, continue on slow boil for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Drizzle glaze over cook cake.
