Scalloped Potatoes and Ham by

My mom said you can adjust the cheese and potato amounts depending on how many servings you would like and if you like cheese or not. She doesn't have a written recipe, so it's more or less approximations but it is very simple. Hope it turns out and you like it!


Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
8-10 potatoes peeled and sliced
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom
1 Can of Cream of Celery
One soup can of milk
One small onion chopped
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Diced ham
Salt and pepper (approximately 1/4 teaspoon, depending on how salty ham is)


Mix together liquids together, stir in cheese, mix all ingredients together,spray roasting pan with Pam before putting in potatoes, bake covered for approximately two hours at 350, uncover for the last 20 minutes for a crispier top. It will thicken as it sits and cools.
