Aunt Bobbi's Cranberry Apple Cake by

Ingredients
4 c diced apples - unpeeled
1 c whole cranberries (fresh or frozen)
2 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 c sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c chopped nuts

Instructions
Mix together apples, cranberries and sugar.  Set aside.
In a bowl, put 2 eggs beaten, then add oil and vanilla.  Mix well and pour over apples.
Pour in an 11 x 13 cake pan.  Top with cinnamon and sugar before baking.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Batter will be very, very thick.
