Ingredients

== Chicken and Seasoning ==
4 oz Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless
3/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/8 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsp Salt

== Cooking Mix ==
1/2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Garlic
1/2 oz Green Onion

== Sauce ==
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tsp Tomato Paste
1/4 tsp Garam Masala (optional)

Instructions

1. cut the chicken up and coat with turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.

2. Separate the leaves from the bulb. Cut up the leaves into 1/4" rings and add to the chicken. Dice the bulb.

3. heat skillet to medium and add 1/2 tbsp butter, garlic and green onions. cook for 2-3 minutes, until you can smell the garlic.

3. increase heat to medium-high and add chicken. cook chicken through. about 3 minutes. Flip, cook the chicken for another 3 minutes.

4. Turn off the heat and remove the chicken from the burner. Let cool for about 5 minutes.

5. add whipping cream, butter, tomato paste, and optional garam masala. mix the tomato paste in thoroughly to an orange color.

5. turn heat to low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

6. remove lid. with lid off reduce to desired thickness
