Obviously this recipe calls for an at-home ice cream maker. It's an awesome and reasonably cheap investment worth checking out. I found mine on Amazon for about $20.

1 can full fat coconut milk
1 can low fat coconut milk
1/2 cup blackberries
1 egg yolk
3/4 bar of dark chocolate chopped

1 can full fat coconut milk 1 can low fat coconut milk 1/2 cup blackberries 1 egg yolk 3/4 bar of dark chocolate chopped

1. Blend 2 cans of coconut milk with blackberries and 1 egg yolk.
2. Add mixture into your ice cream machine.
3. Add in crushed chocolate.
4. Let churn according to your ice cream machine directions until firm.
