Banana Bread by

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups bananas, mashed

Instructions

1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2)In a sifter, combine flour, baking soda and salt and sift together into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until blended well. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
3)Bake in oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes and transfer onto a cooling rack.

6)Serve
