Buffalo Chicken Dip by

8 oz. cream cheese
Medium bottle of Frank's red hot
Bleu cheese dressing bottle
3 medium skinless, boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded


Boil chicken until cooked. Chicken will turn white quickly- cook until no pink center. Let chicken cool, then shred. Put into frying pan over medium heat. Pour hot sauce into pan, let chicken absorb it. Spread cream cheese into a glass 9x11 pan (just the bottom). Put chicken on cream cheese. Pour bleu cheese on top of chicken. Mix chicken and bleu cheese with fork. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375 until top layer of cheese is bubbling and melted.
