Strawberry Shortcake Truffles by

Takes work. But very good.
-4oz. cream cheese
-package of golden oreos
-8oz. white chocolate
1/3 cup whipped cream
-2-3 fresh strawberries; finely chopped
In food processor, crush oreos and add cream cheese until doughy consistency. Refrigerate about 20 minutes if dough is too soft. Scoop out 1/2 TB of oreo mixture. Roll into ball and flatten. Add a tiny amount of whipped cream and finely chopped strawberries. Scoop another 1.2 TBS of oreo mixture on top and roll into ball. Place balls on a plate lined with wax paper and freeze for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Coat the truffles in chocolate , place on a lined baking sheet. Top with sprinkles immediately, or also you can top w/crushed oreos. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
