Ingredients

-Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (enough for however many you are feeding)
-2 cans cream of chicken
-1 can cream of celery (or mushroom)
-2 cans milk
-2 cups rice (uncooked)
-onion salt
-paprika

Instructions

Season the chicken generously. (Seasoning salt works well)
Butter glass 9x13 dish. Pour rice to cover bottom of dish. Combine cream of chicken, cream of celery, milk, onion salt, and paprika. Pour over rice. Place chicken on top.
Let entire dish sit over night before baking to add more flavor. Cover with aluminum foil tightly. Cook at 350F for 1 1/2-2 hours.
