Beef Lo Mein (or rice) by

Ingredients

-8oz. lo mein, spaghetti, or rice
-2 tsp. sesame or vegetable oil
-3/4 cups boiling water
-3 TB. beef boullion
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-oil for frying
-1 lb. beef
-3 large carrots
-3 cups broccoli (florets)
-1 large onion (diced)
-4 garlic cloves

Instructions

-Cook noodles/rice by box instructions. Add oil to keep from sticking. Slice beef into 2 in. pieces and cook in skillet. Boil water over stove, then add boullion and brown sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add soy sauce and set aside. Then add to cooked beef. Saute onions and carrots until onions turn golden brown and carrots are softened. Add broccoli and cook for about 3 minutes. Add garlic, then remove from heat. Add vegetables and beef mixture. Serve over noodles or rice.
