If your planning on taking this dish to a party I recommend putting it all together except for the sauce. Put this in an airtight container and pour over mixture when you arrive at your party. Double recipe for bigger crowds.

1 8 oz pkg of Cream Cheese,softened
4 oz of Feta Cheese, crumbled

1/2 bunch green onions, chopped fine
2-3 Roma tomatoes, chopped

Sauce:

1/8 cup of each

Minced garlic
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Balsamic Vinegar

Fresh chopped basil
Pita chips

1 8 oz pkg of Cream Cheese,softened 4 oz of Feta Cheese, crumbled 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped fine 2 -3 Roma tomatoes, chopped 1/8 cup of each

Combine cream cheese and feta and place in dish with an edge, spreading it out but leave a space around the edges.

Mix together tomatoes and onions and pour over cheese mixture.

Combine all the sauce ingredients, mix well and pour over cheese and tomatoes.

Serve with Pita chips

*Optional to top with fresh chopped basil
