Tater Tot Casserole

1 bag of tater tots mostly defrosted
1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz.container of low fat sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 package of real bacon bits/or real bacon crumbled up as much or little as you want
2-3 green onions


Preheat oven to 370
Use a 13x9 casserole dish, spray with cooking spray
Pour the tater tots in the dish evenly, mix the soup and sour cream and half of cheese all together..
Spread evenly over the tots, sprinkle with bacon and the rest of the cheese, cover with foil.
Bake for approx 45 mins, I look for bubbling around edges and melty cheese, remove foil sprinkle with green onions and SERVE!
Sometimes the tater tots arent super hot but the sour cream mixture is, so once you serve it and mix it all around the temp is perfect to eat! Enjoy!
