Shrimp Creole by

3 tbls. flour3 tbls. bacon drippings2 cups cookedf tomatoes1/2 cup tomato sause6 tbls. minced onion6 tbls. chopped green pepper1 1/2 tbls. chopped parsley1 clove garlic, chopped1 1/2 cups hot water2 teas. salt1/4 teas. pepper7 oz. frozen-peeled shrimp


Brown flour in bacon drippings.  Add all ingredients except shrimp.  Bring to rolling boil.  Reduce to simmer and cook 20 min.  Add shrimp andf cook 7-10 min longer.  Serve over rice.
