Watermelon Salad by
-seedless, firm watermelon
-thinly sliced red onion rings
-mixed greens(california mix)
-candied almond slivers
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
-balsamic vinegar glaze
-Club House brand "Salad Spice"mix
-1 teaspoon dijon mustard
-prepare toasted almond slivers in fry pan until browned and add to melted butter/brown sugar in fry pan and coat almonds.(cool down)
-make dressing by squeezing 3-4 whole oranges into jar, add 2 tblsp red wine vinegar,1 tablespoon olive oil, Salad Spice mix, S+P, grated orange zest..SHAKE !!
-cut watermelon in long wedges...place 4 pieces on top of small mound of mix greens in center of salad plate.
-place 4 thin red onion rings on top of melon/greens.
-fan orange segments off to side of melon mound.
-sprinkle crumbled feta and candied almonds on top.
-S+P over salad.
-drizzle balsamic glaze over oranges and a big circle around salads on plate.
-shake dressing until blended and add 1 tablesoon drizzled over melon and salad mound.
