Beef stew with dumplings by

Ingredients

pack of diced stewing peaces
1 sweed
2 leeks
1 onion
5 large potatoes
10 carrots
oxos
beef stock
a box of shredded suet
and some flour

Instructions

chop,peel and wash all the veg and meat.In a large sausepan of boiling water add all of your veg followed by 3 oxos and 3 beef stocks.In another sausepan boil the beef untill cooked.When meat is cooked add in your cooked meat and simmer.whist this is all cooking you can start makeing your dumplings youll need 100g of self rasing flower 50g of atora suet and a pinch of salt with 6 tables spoons of cold water.mix all togeter then roll in to little balls then add to your stew cook for another 45minuates then serve.
