1/4 lb. Ground Beef
2 Tbs. Milk
2 Tbs. Bread Crumbs (or quick cook oats)
1 Tbs. Ketchup
1 tsp. Onion soup mix (or meatloaf seasoning)

Mix oats and dry seasonings together. Add milk and ketchup. Crumble browned meat over seasonings and mix well. Pat into mug and cover. Microwave on high for 3 mins., or until temperature reaches 160F. Drain if need be. Let stand for additional 3 mins. and enjoy!

Optional: Top with Mashed Potatoes and cheese.
