Ingredients

2 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 Tbs. Miracle Whip
Salt and Pepper
Green Onion (or Chives)
Bell Pepper (optional)
Lettuce
Bread

Instructions

Peel eggs and cut in half. Scoop out yolk and mash. Cut apart egg whites and add to the bowl. Add Miracle Whip, pepper, onion, and spices. Mix well and enjoy.
