Freezer Mongolian Beef by


2 lb. stew meat
4 tsp. olive oil
2 onion, thickly sliced
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup soy sauce + 1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh minced ginger
1 cup hoisin sauce


Combine all ingredients in gallon bag and freeze. Thaw and dump the bag into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
