Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Latte Jello Shots by

1 cup Starbucks coffee with Vanilla
2 packets knox gelatin
3 T sweetened condensed milk
1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
1 cup Whipped Cream Vodka
whipped cream


Cool coffee to room temperature, and then pour 1 cup coffee into a small saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin on top of the coffee, but do not stir in. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.

Whisk the gelatin into the coffee and turn the stovetop on medium heat. Warm the coffee. When warm, whisk in the 3 T sweetened condensed milk. Add the pumpkin pie spice and whisk together.

Heat to a low boil and then remove from heat. Add the vodka. Pour into large plastic shot glasses. Add a green straw. Allow to set in fridge for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
