1 1/2 c cornmeal
2 1/2 c milk
2 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c oil


Combine cornmeal and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix in cornmeal mixture, eggs, and oil until smooth. Pour in a 9x13 pan.

Cook at 400F for 30-35 minutes.
