Super Food Antioxidant Salad by

Ingredients

1.1 cup boiled whole green Moong
2.2 cup boiled red ChoriChori
3.1 cup finely chopped or grated carrots
4.I cup chopped zucchini or cucumber
5.add chopped green and red apples
6.Green chilly 3
7.Red chilly 3
8.Rice Bran Oil 3 tbsp
9.Juice of 1-2 limes
10.Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Place in a large bowl and toss in all the ingredients.
2. Heat the Rice Bran Oil in a pan and add the tempering ingredients: mustard seeds, slit green chilies, red chilies
3. half a tsp turmeric and curry leaves.
4. Squeeze lemon and salt to taste.
5. Super food Antioxidant Salad is now ready to eat.
