Chicken Mushroom & Pesto Wrap by


Piece Unsalted Butter,
1 Lemon,
2 spoon of Pesto,
1 Chicken Breast cut in small pieces (Cubed)
3 Fresh Mushrooms Sliced


Step 1: Marinade the Chicken with lemon juice, salt and pepper and let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins.

Step 2: In a large skillet add the butter and let it melt to medium heat.

Step 3: Put the chicken cubes and let it cook for 20 mins, than add the sliced mushrooms and let them cook until the mushrooms are cooked.

Step 4: Put some of the pesto on the half of the wrap and paste accordingly also add the chicken and mushrooms and some mozzarella.

Step 5: As soon as the wrap this is done, toast the wrap for a few minutes until the mozzarella is melted.
