Buffalo Cauliflower Wings by

Ingredients
1 head of Cauliflower
1/4 Cup of Hot Sauce
1 Tsp of Salt
1 Tsp of Paprika
2 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp of Pepper
3/4 of Flour
3/4 of Milk
Dash of Honey
Dash of Oil (olive or vegetable work well)

head of Cauliflower
1/4 Cup
of Hot Sauce
1 Tsp
of Salt
1 Tsp
of Paprika
2 Tsp
of Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp
of Pepper
3/4
of Flour
3/4
of Milk
Instructions
Preheat to 425
Cut up of the cauliflower in heads, or bite sized pieces.
Throw together the dry ingrediants in a mixing bowl.
Add the Milk to make the batter.
Toss the Cauliflower in the batter, coating well.
Spread the bites out evenly on Pam'd parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Cook for 10 minutes. Flip. Cook for 10 more minutes.
Throw the honey, hot sauce, and oil together in a bowl.
Coat the wings in the sauce, and put back in for 20 minutes.
Remove, cool, turn of the oven and serve.
