Pork Chops Creole by


2 lb boneless pork chops
1 teaspoons Creole seasoning
onion, sliced
green bell pepper, sliced
14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes


Season pork chops with Creole seasoning.
Place onion and bell pepper in a lightly greased
6-or 7-quart slow cooker. Layer pork chops over
top; pour stewed tomatoes over pork. Cover
and cook on Low 6 hours or until pork chops
are tender.
