Ranch Potato Crisps by


3-4 medium sized baking potatoes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg dry ranch salad dressing


Heat oven to 400. Wash potatoes and leave skin on. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Place potatoes in bowl and toss with vegetable oil. Add dressing mix and shake until potatoes are coated. Line potato slices in single layer on baking stone. Do not overlap slices, bake 40-45 min or until brown.
