Bierock Casserole by


2lb ground beef
1/2 head cabbage
1 1/2 tsp Morton's seasoning
1 onion
16oz Colby/Monterey jack cheese
3pkg crescent rolls
salt & pepper to taste


Brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat. Add seasoning, salt and pepper. Add chopped cabbage and continue to cook until tender. Add cheese and stir. Line 9x13 baking dish with crescent rolls. Pinch seams together to make crust. Put ground beef filling on top of cruse and cover with another layer of crescent rolls, pinching seams together. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 or until crescent rolls look browned.
