Bird's Nest Pie by

16 oz. spaghetti noodles
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 cups sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
2 lbs. Italian sausage
12 oz. Italian tomato paste
2 cups water


Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water for the shortest time recommended on pkg. Drain. Mix warm spaghetti with eggs, Parmesan, butter and parsley. Press into a 9x13 greased pan. Mix sour cream and cream cheese. Spread on top of noodles. Sprinkle with Mozzarella, brown sausage add tomato paste and water. Simmer 10 minutes, then pour on top of cheese. (Cover, label and freeze). To serve thaw out and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350. Uncover, top with mozzarella and bake 5 minutes.
