Tex-Mex Rollups by


1 lb. ground beef
2 cups red peppers
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
flour tortillas
1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing


Brown meant and drain. Stir in chopped peppers & chili powder, cook 5 minutes or until peppers are tender. Add in sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese, spoon 1/3 cup mixture onto tortillas. Roll up and put in 9x13 pan. Drizzle with dressing and top with salsa and cheese, broil 4-6 minutes.
