24 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
4 cups sliced cabbage
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese
spray butter


Saute cabbage in oil. Cover and steam for 30 minutes. Brown ground beef in large pan, and drain well. Add cabbage, onion, sugar, vinegar ,salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.

Flatten 2 rolls together (use Rhodes bag to roll on) into a 6 inch circle. Divide filling among 12 rolls (about 1/3 cup per roll). Place 1 tbsp. cheese on top of filling. Pull edges around filling and pinch to close. Place on a baking sheet, pinched side down. Brush tops with butter, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
