Cookies and cream cupcake. by

-Making sure wet ingredients are at room temperature before mixing makes a world of difference. -Beat flour and butter till fluffy (3 mins)


2-1/4 All purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2/3 cup sugar
1 cup of milk
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup butter softened)
2 tea spoons of vanilla
3 egg whites
1 cup of crushed oreos


1) Pre-heat oven 350F lightly grease pan or line with cup cake cups
2) sift flour, backing powder and salt together in large bowl stir in sugar. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer at low for 30 seconds. Beat at medium spead for two minutes. Add egg whites. beat for two minutes and stir one cup of crushed cookies.
3) place evenly in muffin cups (2/3 full)bake 20-25 minutes
4) frost and cover with extra cookie crumbs.
