1 Bag Cheese Doritos
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can (large) Red enchilada sauce
1 or 1 1/2 lbs cooked hamburger meat
1 package of shred cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion flakes (optional)
1 small can sliced black olives (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

1 Bag Cheese Doritos 2 can s cream of chicken soup 1 can (large) Red enchilada sauce 1 or 1 1/2 lbs cooked hamburger meat 1 package of shred cheese 1/2 cup chopped onion flakes (optional) 1 small can sliced black olives (optional)

Brown hamburger meat with the onion flakes, then drain. In a separate bowl, mix soup and enchilada sauce and olives together. Spray a 9 x 13 with cooking spray, layer with Doritos, then top with meat & soup mixture, then add another layer of Doritos, then meat & soup mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Can serve with salsa.
