The One Cookie by


1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 c packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c oil
1 t vanilla
3 1/2 c flour
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 t cream of tartar
1 c rolled oats
1 c coconut
1 c rice crispies


Mix all ingredients in order given. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350 for 12 minutes.
