1 cucumber sliced
2T mayo
1 8oz chive-onion cream cheese
1t dry ranch dressing (or to taste)
texas toast bread

1 cucumber sliced 2 T mayo 1 8oz chive-onion cream cheese 1 t dry ranch dressing (or to taste)

Mix mayo, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Spread on bottom and top pieces of bread. Layer bread, cucumbers, bread.

Cut off crusts if desired.
