Ingredients
15 oz artichoke hearts, quartered and drained
1/4 c melted butter]1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/4 c plain breadcrumbs
Marinade or creamy dipping sauce.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat dry the artichokes. Mix butter and garlic in small dish. Mix cheese and bead crumbs in a medium dish.
Dip artichokes into butter mixture, coating thoroughly. Roll in the cheese-breadcrumb mixture.
Lay on baking sheet and bake 18 min until golden brown.
Serve with marinara or creamy dipping sauce.
