Beef - French Dip Sliders by

Ingredients
14oz thinly sliced deli roast beef
3T butter, softened
1 med onion, thinly sliced
1/4 t salt
1/4t pepper
12 Hawaiian rolls
10 slices provolone cheese, cut in half

1 1/2 T dried onion soup mix
2t fresh thyme, finely chopped

Instructions
Separate rolls and slice in half horizontally. Lightly spread butter on bottom half of each roll. Layer piece of cheese, onion, roast beef, piece of cheese on the bottom half of each roll. Spread remaining butter on top half of roll, and cover the bottom half. Mix melted butter, soup mix and thyme. Brush evenly over the rolls.
Bake 350 for 20-25 min until cheese is melted and rolls are browned.
