Skinny Banana Rum Rasin Bread # by

Ingredients

3 bananas (Ripe)
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cups greek yogurt
4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1-2 teaspoons rum-vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups wheat flour (Whole White)
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cups raisins



Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add the sugar, greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, and both extracts to the mashed bananas. In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Be very careful not to over mix. Fold in the raisins.

Pour the mix into the prepared loaf pan and bake for an 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
