Ingredients
Serves 12 (less, if it’s all Wagners )
Return roasting pan to oven with roast drippings. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2 cups flour ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg Dash of pepper
6 eggs 2 cups milk
Instructions
Mix together all dry ingredients. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to eggs; add milk gradually and beat well. Pour into hot roasting pan. Cook for 30 minutes.
