Italian Bean & Corn Salsa by

Ingredients

1 can diced tomatoes with juice
1 can Rotel tomatoes with juice
1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained or endaname
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 c frozen corn
1/4 c chopped green onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/2 -1 bottle of Italian salad dressing
Monterrey Steak Seasoning to taste (optional)
Frito Scoops

Instructions

Mix vegetables and dressing together and serve with Frito Scoops.
